Lourdes Peña is an attorney with several years of experience in immigration law. Throughout her law school career, Lourdes was an intern for non-profit organizations such as CARECEN and Neighborhood Legal Services where she assisted in filing U Visa, VAWA, and adjustment of status applications.
As an attorney, Lourdes’ most recent experience stems from her work at the Coalition for Human Rights (CHIRLA), as the interim managing attorney. Lourdes began working at CHIRLA in 2018 as a staff attorney and quickly rose up the ladder through her hard work and dedication. Here, Lourdes was able to further her expertise in filing U Visa, VAWA, SIJS, Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization applications.
After working in the nonprofit sector, Lourdes launched her own solo practice in 2021. Her mission is to advocate for her clients and make legal representation accessible to all.
